We are dedicated to support collectors and want buyers to be thrilled with the art they purchase. If for some reason an item does not meet your expectations we gladly accept returns. That said, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs (insured) back to the artist, in the same packaging the item was delivered to the buyer.  

We encourage buyers to reach out to artists and ask questions prior to purchase if you have any about color or texture of the work. We want to talk to collectors and are happy to exchange emails, send additional pictures, discuss framing options and potential commissions. If you see something you like but its not the right size or you prefer different colors, ask. In most cases artists are happy to work with collectors.

Security & Privacy

We take your business seriously and use a third-party vendor to manage all of our credit card transactions, in fact they host the entire website. Shopify is one of the leading e-commerce vendors providing solutions for small businesses. All of this to say your information and credit card information is secure and encrypted by Shopify. 

We also take your privacy seriously and will never sell your data or emails addresses. If you don't opt in to our emails you will never hear from us. 


Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, sent back to artist insured.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address it came from available on the shipping label. Each artists mails his or her art directly from their studio/home. If you are unsure of the correct address please contact us. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All artworks should be insured for the purchase price and mailed using a trackable shipping service.
